Erica's coaching journey began early when she started coaching her little sister in recreational cheerleading. Years later, she returned to the cheer world to coach her daughter in the same program, where she also contributed to the fundraising committee.
After spending several years in recreational cheer, Erica transitioned to the all-star cheer scene. She joined Victory Cheer in Season 5, where she coached the Serpents, the first partial-season prep team. Now in her 8th season with Victory, Erica has coached athletes of all ages and skill levels, from youth to senior teams, and levels 1 through 4. She’s also provided private lessons and led various clinics.
Alongside coaching, Erica has always had a passion for fundraising and event planning. This led her to assist the gym in organizing several fundraising events over a two-year span, including a highly successful Designer Bag Bingo and an online Raffle Basket. When the gym decided to establish a Booster Club, Erica’s extensive experience in fundraising and her natural talent for event coordination made her the perfect fit to help lead this effort.
In addition to her work at the gym, Erica is a proud wife of 24 years and mother of two. Her son is a volunteer firefighter, and her daughter is studying Chemistry in college. Erica loves traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Temple University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Arcadia University. With over 25 years in education, Erica has worked in early childhood education as a teacher and as the Director of three childcare programs for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Currently, she works to support programs in meeting state quality standards.
"I’m thrilled to take on this new role and explore fresh ways to support our athletes and families."
Kim is a passionate, results-driven marketing leader with over 25 years of experience in corporate marketing, strategy, and global event management. She has a strong track record of creating and executing strategies that not only drive customer acquisition but also generate significant revenue growth. Kim thrives in fast-paced environments, where she’s able to juggle multiple projects while staying focused on delivering successful outcomes.
Kim’s heart is in giving back. She founded a non-profit in honor of a friend who tragically lost his life in a helicopter crash. The mission was close to her heart – to help the children of police, fire, and emergency services workers with medical expenses that insurance doesn’t cover. Within just four months, the foundation raised over $100,000, making a real impact in the lives of those who sacrifice so much for others.
In addition to her marketing career, Kim is the proud owner of VenYou, an event planning company where she and her team specialize in everything from large corporate events to weddings and private parties. Basketball was a big part of Kim's life growing up, and she was honored to be inducted into her high school’s Hall of Fame for her achievements. She also coached youth cheer and boys' basketball, wanting to share something special with each of her children and help them create their own memories. Outside of her professional life, Kim is a dedicated wife and mom to two amazing kids. Her daughter, a senior, is a cheerleader for both V3NOM and Miss Mambas and hopes to continue her cheerleading journey at the University of Miami. Her son, a freshman in high school, has been a defensive lineman for Palisades since he was four years old and has his sights set on playing football for LSU. When she’s not busy with work, Kim loves to travel, play sports and spend time relaxing at the beach with her family.
"I'm really excited to be a part of Viper Nation and to help support the families through fundraising. It’s an incredible opportunity to make a real difference, and I can’t wait to see what we can achieve together."
