This class is geared towards flyers. They will learn how to properly pull multiple body positions and improve their balance, strength, and control. This class will include overstretching, partner stretching, body control drills, strength drills, and pulling body positions on stunt stands.

This class is geared towards flyers, jumpers, and athletes who want to improve their flexibility & strength. This class will include partner stretches, partner jump drills, jump conditioning, and plyometric jump training.
