In Private Lessons, athletes are able to work 1-on-1 with a coach, receiving personalized instruction and immediate correction. In learning the best techniques, both beginner and elite athletes are usually able to build strength and progress in their skills more easily. Lessons can be for a variety of needs, including tumbling, stunting, jumping, stretching, strength training and choreography.
Most lessons are 1/2 hour time slots and the rate is dependent on the coaches' experience level. Private lessons are typically coordinated directly with the coach who will teach the lesson as they are responsible for their own schedules.
