This scholarship serves as a reminder of Lauren's positive influence, her commitment to others, and her dedication to both her personal and professional growth. We hope to inspire current and future athletes to embody the same values that Lauren did throughout her life.
Lauren was a dedicated member of the Victory Vipers from Seasons 4 through 8, proudly competing with teams such as Hydra, Sidewinders, Lady A’s, Coed Cobras, and V3nom. Known for her positive attitude, loyalty, and unwavering dedication, Lauren was a true role model and a beloved teammate. Her bright smile, contagious energy, and willingness to always help others left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
Lauren's impact extended far beyond the Victory Vipers community. As a student at the University of South Carolina, she was an active supporter of the Gamecocks, attending football, baseball, basketball, and soccer games with passion. She was deeply involved in the Gamma Phi Beta Sorority, where she served as the Risk Management Chair and participated in various charity events, including Light the Night for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Girls on the Run, which empowered young girls and helped build their confidence. Lauren was also a member of the Order of Omega, the National Greek Honor Society, and the Chi Alpha Christian Fellowship.Inspired by her own experiences with physical therapy during her cheer career, Lauren decided to pursue a career in the field. She worked at physical therapy offices in both Doylestown and South Carolina, gaining experience with a variety of patients, including those with special abilities, children, athletes, and military personnel.
Her passion for helping others and her drive to learn were evident in all her endeavors. She was excited to further her studies and begin clinical work in a Doctorate program in Physical Therapy, with plans to attend Arcadia University in Fall 2025. Lauren was preparing to graduate Summa Cum Laude in May 2025 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from the Arnold School of Public Health at USC. She had a bright future ahead, and her loss is deeply felt by all who knew her. To honor Lauren’s memory and the legacy she leaves behind, we are proud to name this scholarship in her honor.
