Athletes can start as young as 4 years old in our Tiny Program. Below is a general idea of the ages of our teams:
Cheer Abilities Team: All ages are welcome
Tiny Team: 4 - 7 years old
Mini Team: 6 - 8 years old
Prep Team: 8 - 14 years old
Elite Teams: 6 - 18+ years old
Yes, we have multiple options for athletes of all ability levels. Prep teams are a great way to gain experience in cheerleading. Private or semi-private lessons are an excellent way to build confidence in tumbling, prior to tryouts.
The cost of the season depends on the type of team your child is on. Our season lasts from June until May and the average costs listed below are all-inclusive of monthly tuition, competition fees, choreography, gear, uniforms, etc. The only additional costs would be: travel expenses for out-of-town competitions and end of season events.
Approximate costs for our 11-month season:
Cheer Abilities Team: approximately $600
Partial Season Tiny Team: approximately $1500
Partial Season Prep Team: approximately $2600
Full Season Mini Team: approximately $3800
Full Season Prep Team: approximately $4100
Elite Youth Teams: approximately $4900
Elite Junior / Senior Teams: approximately $5100
The number of competitions attended depends on the type of team. Typically, our Cheer Abilities, Tiny, Mini and Prep Teams compete locally. Our Elite and Worlds Teams will compete both locally and out of town (some of the travel competitions do require overnight stays).
