Yes, we have multiple options for athletes of all ability levels. Prep teams are a great way to gain experience in cheerleading. Private or semi-private lessons are an excellent way to build confidence in tumbling, prior to tryouts.

The number of competitions attended depends on the type of team.  Typically, our Cheer Abilities, Tiny, Mini and Prep Teams compete locally.  Our Elite and Worlds Teams will compete both locally and out of town (some of the travel competitions do require overnight stays).

Elite Teams: 7 competitions, with some overnight travel

Full Season Prep: 4 competitions, with some overnight travel

Partial Season Prep: 3 competitions, with 1 overnight travel

Cheer Abilities Team: 3 competitions per season

Our teams practice 1 - 3 times per week, depending on the type of team.

Cheer Abilities: 1 practice per week (September - April)

Tiny Team: 1 practice per week (September - April)

Partial Season Prep Teams: 2 practices per week (September - April)

Elite Teams: 2 practice per week (June - August); 3 practices per week (September - April)

Since cheerleading is a team sport, we do have high expectations when it comes to attendance. We have a detailed attendance policy and absence request process, which you can view at the links below.
